WAHYU PAMUNGKAS
FOUNDER
Wahyu Pamungkas possessed 41 years of experiences in Oil & Gas Industry, with about 35 years in managerial level, for both onshore and offshore operations. Have worked in the area of Maintenance, Operations (primary, secondary and tertiary recovery), Engineering, Power Generation and Distribution; Oil Pipe Line Transportation, Supply Chain Management (Exploration, Development and Exploitation stages) and HSE&Q. He has involved on the Digitalization and the Continuous Improvement programs as well.
Wahyu has working experiences in Indonesia, Argentina, Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago, Spain, Brazil, Vietnam, Malaysia and USA
Wahyu possesses MBA from City University, MSEE from UNION college, and Certificate of Competence as SCM Manager certified by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, Indonesian Professional Certification Authority.
FIRMANSYAH FASYA

A practitioner in the field of Supply Chain Planning. In YTP supporting activities, Firmansyah involves in the preparation of materials for Development Programs, coordinating Consulting & Procurement teams and and becomes a competent source of information in the fields of Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Risk Management and Industrial Transformation
Possesses a Masters in Logistics (M-Log) from IPB University, Bogor and professional certifications from CILT (The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) and CPSLog (Certified Professional in Supply Chain and Logistics)

PAULUS SAUT
COMPETENT SOURCE
A practitioner in the field of supply chain engineering, where the principles of supply chain management and industrial engineering intersect. Within YTP's activities, He involves in preparing materials for Development Programs, Coordinating Consultation and acts as a knowledgeable source of information in the areas of optimization planning and industrial transformation, as well as warehouse and inventory management, and operational excellence.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia and is professionally certified by ISCEA Ohio, USA, as a Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM).
Extensive work experience and educational background, coupled with his skills and strong work ethic, empower him to identify issues within industrial systems. He is adept at either improving existing processes or creating new ones to achieve continuous enhancement. His approach involves realizing faster processes, improved results, higher quality, elimination of bottlenecks, and consistent cost reduction.
